Gentlefolks:
I tred on soft ground today. I have recently come across (today) a web
site of a gentleman in Europe requestion loans and exchanges of the
hymenopteran superfamily Cynipoidea. Some years ago (1995) a loan of
several hundred specimens was made from here. I have, as of today, yet
been unable to make contact at any of the names past and present or e-mail
addresses past and present, nor effect the return of any of the speciemns.
The kind folks at the university with which he has been associated have
been unable to help me and are to be thanked in going out of their way to
accommodate with these efforts.
If any of you are considering making a loan of such material in europe you
might wish to contact me in private regarding my experience.
I suspect that I have oversteped my bounds and will get several flames,
but I am a very frustrated person especialy as there is another worker
who is most desirous of seeing this material.
I thank you in advance for your understanding, patience and forbearance
Thank you.
cheers! rof
