I don't want to be too critical of these 'ask a scientist' pages, which after all
seem to be mainly for schoolchildren, but in some cases they clearly asked
the wrong scientist! Ah well, we all know not to trust anonymous sources on
the net.

The back page of New Scientist does it differently in their Q&A. They allow
more than one answer - and there usually is more than one explanation.
The entertainment for readers comes from comparing the different
pontificators.
