Notes from a manifesto

I don't know if this is pertinent to Thomas Lammers's concerns (below), but the other day I found this piece of paper next to a dumpster in the basement of the Life Sciences Building.  The text was mostly obscured by what seemed to be a mixture of tofu and xerox toner, but I could make out the following:
[something, something] our goal must be nothing less than the COMPLETE ANNIHALATION of names proposed under the ICBN [something, something];
and
[...] unleash an avalanche of glorious new names innumerable as the stars of the Firmament [something, something].
Not sure if this means anything.  Probably not.

Gee, and you wonder why I argued to nip PhyloCode in the bud? I guess
maybe I'm not just paranoid after all. It's pretty clear that the
supplantation of the ICBN is an ultimate goal of the PhyloCode.
