Your prefix is better than your suffix - the latter would be too easily
confused with the standard use of Phylum (which, under the PhyloCode would
no longer exist). Actually, the prefix approach you have suggested seems
to make sense to me. It would allow the two codes to coexist in a very
clear way: Rosaceae versus Phylorosaceae provides a way to reference
the group as it is viewed under the current code or when refernce is being
made to the clade that most closely corresponds to that group.
