Potamogeton oakesianus - SOS

Apologies. I know that a message like this should not pollute TAXACOM
list, but

I need a fresh (live, not pressed) specimen of Potamogeton oakesianus

for drawing stem anatomical characters. Dried material cannot be
revived well enough to be useful this purpose. Will I find somebody who
could send me a piece of this pondweed in a sealed ziplock bag?
