Dear Colleague,

In 1914, J.-J. Kieffer renamed a secondary homonym "Megaspilus apsteini"
(Hymenoptera Ceraphronoidea Megaspilidae); I never could identify that
"Apstein" who was neither the collector (an Italian) nor, apparently, a
member of the staff of the museum where the insect is deposited.

Can some one help me?
