Plant name help

[Murray Fletcher]

Dear Taxacomers,

A specimen of scale insect in our collection is labelled "on Notho
regia" from Ceylon in W.W. Froggatt's handwriting. Does somebody know
what the full name of this host is likely to be? We have very little
information on Sri Lankan plants here.
