Can anybody help me please with the identification of the Indian
herb/spice Dhaniya/Dhanya Kanpuri?
Dhaniya is Coriander, and has little round fruit, but Dhaniya Kanpuri
has fruit about twice as long, American-football-shaped. Still
Umbelliferae/Ammiaceae. No ID on the cellophane packets (rarely is
anyway), and nothing in any of our reference books, nor any results
from any web searches except for one company that imports it and
which doesn't respond.
I can send a jpeg to anybody who thinks this might help.
Thanks,
Sean
