Friends:

        Thanks to everyone who responded about the price of Hitchcock's Grasses
of the U.S. (1st ed.). I found out that $90 is way too much to spend on
it, AND I found out that abebooks.com and bookfinder.com are really
useful when searching around.

        So it turns out that I'm paying $23, including shipping and handling,
for the copy I just ordered.
