unknown shrub

A photo of a plant was sent to me for ID.  It may be viewed by opening the
link below.  The plant is  a shrub or small tree with flowers about 5 mm in
diameter bearing 6 perianth parts.  Reportedly, it was growing along a
stream in the vicinty of Mobile, Alabama.  Trash was being dumped there-so
the plant could have been introduced.  Anyone recognize it?  Please respond
