Used Books...Attention K-Mart shoppers...

        1. I have located at a local bookstore (NOT K-mart) a used copy of A.
S. Hitchcock's Grasses of the U.S., 1st Ed. (1935), hard cover, which is
listed for $90. Is that price about right?  Thanks for your
thoughts-(Note- this is not the Chase revision.)

        2. My Student Blooper of the week:

        "The soils texture ranges from hard, infertile clay to sandy,
nutritious silt by the river."
