I went looking on the Internet - a new edition appears to be in press for
August 2000.

F.C.Werner's Wortelemente lateinisch-griechischer Fachausdrücke in den
biologischen Wissenschaft. Suhrkamp Taschenbuch Verlag (1972)

is a helpful book for those who read German.
