Looking Vivant (1961)

I am looking for a paper by Vivant, published in 1961, that includes
information on the presence of Nassella neesiana [=Stipa neesiana, which is
probably the name used] in southern Europe.  I have lost my copy, and with
it the details on where it was published and what its title was.  If someone
would send me the citation so that I could obtain another copy, I would be
most grateful.  Please reply directly to me.  Thank you!
