DNA sequencing

Dear Taxacomers

Do any of you use a LI-COR sequencer to sequence DNA for your
phylogenetics studies?  I have just begun a phylogenetic project using
a LI-COR sequencer but am having problems optimizing the system so that
I get clean sequences.  Please write to me directly about your
experiences with the LI-COR system (for instance what sequencing kit
works best for you) and then I can compile the information and share it
with those interested.
