 From about begin of 90s, I remember the newspaper's publications
about one botanist from one Vladivostok's Institute, who offered
named the newly described plants for pay.
As far as I know, nothing was named.  It was, however, didn't case
of hope on a good earnings, only trying to found an untraditional
way to obtain a means after destruction of the soviet system.
