Nikon 950 adapters

Sorry to keep this thread going here, but the implication of Dr.
Snow's summary on digital cameras is that several people have
discovered means of adapting the Nikon 950 to photomicrography. I
probably have not done an exhaustive search, but I have failed to
find adapters in a variety of searches. I would guess that it would
take a relatively simple tube with a c-type clamp at each end (I've
had modest success in field situations with just positioning the
camera over an ocular on a tripod).
I would be grateful for knowing any hints or details of how people
have adapted the 950 for photomicrography.
