DC-summaries

Regarding Digital cameras.  The second summary (DC-2) has now repeatedly
been rejected by TAXACOM's automatic screening of 250 lines.  My version
was well under 250 lines when it was sent, but my system and that of
TAXACOM apparently cut lines very differently, resulting in a lot of
very short lines in the TAXACOM version.  Thus, DC-2 will have to be
split in to DC-2a and DC-2b.
