Dear colleagues,
Does anybody know any colleague from Zoological museum in
Kaliningrad [former Koenigsberg] in Russia? If this establishment
now is called otherwise (say, Museum of Natural History or so, this does not
matter).
After long search for the types of a couple of Lathrobium species
(Insecta: Coleoptera: Staphylinidae) described by G. Czwalina at
the end of XIXth century I got an evidence that they
may be in "Zoological museum in Königsberg", in Russia! It may
look as a shame, but, being in rather neighboring St. Petersburg, I have
no idea about such museum and people who might work there.
World discussion groups look sometimes very powerful so first I am
addressing my querry here. I really hope that probably colleagues
from Baltic states may help. I would be thankful for any contact data
which would allow me to get in touch to this institution.
Sincerely,
Alexey.
