need help on Erythroneura spp. (leafhoppers)

Dear members,

A friend of mine is interested in the species of Erythroneura (Homoptera:
Cicadellidae), but he doesn't have an idea on how to dissect the genitalia of
them and what are the characteristics to distinguish the species.  If you know a
good book, or any references, about working on Erythroneura, please let me
know.  He is especially interested in E. suzukii and E. apicalis (grape
leafhopper), Asian spp.. (their variation, subspecies, and species).
