Yes, Peter.  "One-sies" are not valid.  Only those CDROM which are
replicated, that is, stamped out like records.  The issue is the ",,,
numerous identical and durable copies..." which were "...produced in an
edition containing simultaneously obtainable copies ..." Art. 8.1

In short, cutting a CDROM on your own computer does not meet the standard
of ICZN.

Does the Code make any effort to distinguish what kind of cdrom
technology is acceptable, esp with regard to "on demand"
fabrication of a cdrom? ("One-sies")
