PAUP 4.0

Taxacomers,

A year ago I purchased the beta version of PAUP 4.0.  At that time I
understood I would be mailed the completed version (at no extra cost) when
it was released.  It hasn't arrived and I'm finally getting to the point in
my activities where I need the software.  Does anyone know the status of the
final release and what do I have to do to track down my copy?
