Oldest known fossil metazoans?

I do not know whether it is apropos to the above but the sediment-filled tubes
of giant Protozoan fossils, Bathysiphon, etc, have often been mistaken for
Metazoan (annelid) constructions. They occur at least from the early
Cambrian onwards according to:
