Dear fellow biologists,

We wish to invite you to explore a new plant website entitled ÒThe 
Spectacular Diversity of Plant Life in New ZealandÓ.

The website includes information on:
gymnosperms, 
angiosperms, 
BRYOPHYTES !!!!!!!
and pteridophytes.

Subjects covered for many of the groups include:
structure and variation
reproduction and life cycles
ecological significance
common New Zealand plants
medicinal use of plants

The website has an innovative layout designed for easy exploration and

school and tertiary students, tutors and teachers, and plant 
enthusiasts.

We encourage any suggestions, comments, or corrections that may improve 
the site.

I also wish to take this opportunity to thank the many people who have 
provided some interesting "facts and figures" along the way.  Thank you.
