Um, I don't think that argument holds water, otherwise every poster would
get those kind of messages whenever somebody has an autoresponder on, and I
don't think that happens, at least I don't remember getting such drivel.

My own shortcut is to use the Eudora "Reply to All" shortcut (on the right
mouse button).  Yea this sends an extra copy to the poster (unless edited),
but thats the price to pay for the current behavior.  You can use this on
most lists, whatever their reply to behavior,  with no worse effect.
