DNA extraction

Dear all, some few weeks ago I have troubles for DNA extraction from
herbarium samples and you were numerous to send me good ideas.
                Therefore many, many, many thanks.
        Now, I use a CTAB method wif increased quantitiy of Bmercapto and
of PVP and with a lot of washing steps.  With difficult material I have
better result with PCR of litle fragments than bigger.
