Having just finished applying for money from INTAS I would assume that this
matter should be brought to the attention of INTAS at
intas at intas.be
I would assume that the allegations about receiving money for the projects
and of transferring information is correct - but that is exactly what the
projects are intended to do! I would also assume that each of the
individual funding bodies involved would have worked out some kind of
agreement with the Ukraine, and that the contents of the contracts is known
to them. Surely, apart from INTAS each of the other funding bodies should
be contacted.
