I think that digital floras or faunas on internet are better because they
are more enable to evolve than paper format.
Two points must be meeting in good floras or faunas :
                - a list of all the name encountered for each taxon,
vernacular name are also useful.
                - distribution information are important for management
work and thus each observation must be coming with geographical
localization and date.
