Biological Systematics: The State of the Art by A. Minelli

The publishers were Chapman & Hall, recently acquired by Kluwer.  They
have a web page for the book, http://www.wkap.nl/book.htm/0-412-62620-9,
and their order form states that books are shipped when paid.  That's
probably your best bet, since the hardcover was 1993 and the softcover
was 1994:  a book this old, that isn't a classic, isn't likely to be in
bookstores now.

Kluwer's price is a lot higher than Amazon's, but perhaps you can call
them and ask for an academic discount?
