I personally liked D.L.J. Quicke's "Principles and techniques of
contemporary taxonomy" Blackie Academic and Professional, Glasgow, 1993.
Chapters 1-4 treat phylogenetic taxonomy and might also be of interest
to Sebastian Cevasco, if he still finds time to read them :-)
