this is a danish book, the author is, according to Pritzel 1338 Johannes =

Buchwald (1658-1738, Kopenhagen). There was a latin edition from Copenhag=
ue
1720, and a german translation (1721), both with pasted-in specimens of
plants.
Yoo should ask the botanical Library of the Unikversuty of Copenhague to
know
more of it.
