Bolivia permits

One of my students is visiting Bolivia for a few weeks this coming =
summer.   She is interested in collecting some miscellaneous insect =
specimens, but we have had difficulty finding information on the =
necessity, requirements and conditions for collecting and export =
permits.

We would appreciate some leads in this direction from anyone with recent =
experience in the matter.  Apparently permits are not too difficult to =
obtain from the Ministeria de Agricultura, but we still need to find the =
appropriate office, address, etc.
