Donn Rosen in his 1975 paper on Caribbean biogeography refers to several taxa
and distributions for which there is a lack of adequate citation (at least
I haven't
managed to locate it in his article, but perhaps I have missed the
obvious). If anyone can
point me to taxonomic literature dealing with these I would be most grateful.
(1) Isopoda. Jimenezia (Cuba), Colombophiloscia (Galapagos and Ecuador)
(2) Isopoda. Troglophiloscia (Cuba) and Nesophiloscia (Galapagos)
(3) Extinct mice rats Megalomys (Galapagos, Curacao, Lesser Antilles)
I would also be very interested to know of the most recent or current systematic
revision of the New World Phyllodactylus.
Many thanks, John Grehan
