See: Proposal 06-09 by L.A. Craven in Taxon Nov. 1997 46(4):808-809

[ I'am especially concerned by this topic. I prepared and submitted to Taxon a counter-Proposal for
abandon of all modern language (deletion of the Art. 36.3 introduced at Tokyo) for valitaion of
botanical names, or permission of all language, then in addition of the obligate Latin. But it is
too late for publication before St Louis. ]

I have my Proposal at disposal.
