OR, the fact that it will take an enormous amount of effort and resources to
transfer thousands of years of written documents into electronic formats.
Given that the Web is, what?  10 years old?  -- these facts shouldn't be
surprising.  The Web is an infant with incredible potential, but it will
take incredible monetary outlays to make it live up to that potential.
