Well, typing was never my strong point.  The first address contained an

Thank you Mark Garland for bringing the error to my attention.

Eric Zurcher helped me with another problem, one that caused people using
Netscape to see only a blank page even when using the second address.  I
have made the necessary corrections - they were errors that I introduced by
trying to improve FrontPage's html code in a way that would display the
newsletter pages more effectively. It was not the fault of Microsoft.

I apologize for the inconvenience caused by both errors and thank Mark and
Eric for helping me correct them.
