It's a verbatim copy, from what I can see, of the state-mandated disclaimer
that Alabama adopted a few years back for its textbooks. If I recall
correctly from when that first appeared, no non-creationists were involved
in drafting it. The folks in Oklahoma behind this are evidently too lazy to
draft their own drivel.
