                 Dear John,

Thanks for your suggestions. I know that Triassic has been a long time ago.
I am also aware that "groups" is rather vague. But, I guess, bringing up
some category label, like family, order, or so, won't improve very much.

The global, often sympatric distributions of insect groups (let them be
orders or families or subfamilies) could indicate the number of replications
they went through on Pangaea.
There is one article which touches this slightly in the Revista Brasileira de
Entomologia, 1992, by Dalton Amorim.  Therefore, I asked.
