Names and abbreviations

Dear all,

I think that the major problem concern with how we accept this article of
the Code, as a recommendation or as a rule ?.
It is obvious to me that Dr Leech and Dr Boeger are both right, and an
important point is the Editor choice related to the Code and our
interpretation (have we interpret it if was clear enough ?) of it.
Other good source of problems is the Journals that allow to publish names
not in a binomial construction, like Boeger pointed out.
