Genus as the species

How many non-scientists would recognize the phrase "E. coli"? (Quite a few,
I imagine, because of the problems with contaminated food.) How many of
those same people would recognize "Escherichia"? Just for grins, how many
of *you* can name a single additional species of Escherichia besides E.
coli? (I can't.)
