Book wanted: Bertoni 1996

For several times I tried to order the following book form several bookshops.
Although it was in the catalogues of two dealers (Koeltz and NHBS), no one was
able to sell the book, it was unavailable. But I am sure that it was really printed
as there was a recension in an older issue of PLANT TALK.
Does anyone know, where I can get an issue of this book? :
