Large edible Malagasy cricket

Dear anybody,
Could you help me with the scientific name of the large cricket found
around Ampijoroa and Ankarafantsika Forest Reserve (inland from Mahajanga)?
It is living in sandy soil, incredibly noisy and consumed by the local
people. If needed I can send a picture.
