Distribution of Gomphidiaceae and Paxillaceae

Dear all,

        Last september, I collected in Canada during the NEMF98 (NorthEastern
Mycological Foray) [Quebec province, near Duchesnay]. I recorded at
least the following species, quite typical macroscopically (but no
microscopical control was made) :

Gomphidius glutinosus
Paxillus atrotomentosus
Paxillus involutus

        That is my personnal experience of these taxa outside Europe. Sorry for
such a little contribution to your question.
