May I ask - whatever happened to common sense and sensibility.
Are we as a race so darned paranoid about everything that there has to be a
threat of litigation associated with everything we do.
One way out may be to never site a name or a piece of scholarly (or other)
work - and where, for goodness sake, will that lead us.
Who will win in all this - it won't be us, as scientists.
At the risk of stirring up another hornets nest (please don't), I wonder
where all this litigation idea originated?!
