I dont know abut "KARA", but there is a package of software called Random Cladistics which performs PTP, and a host
of other tests in a PC environment (working with Hennig 86). It is available thru the Software pages at the Hennig
website (http://www.vims.edu/~mes/hennig/hennig.html).
