Permutation Test Programs for DOS/Windows

Dear Taxacomers,

        I am looking for a program that could perform permutation test
(permutation tail probability) or another test to evaluate the support for
a cladogram within a data set. I know that PAUP could do this but I do not
have a Macintosh available. I read somewhere a paper using a program called
KARA but i couldn't remember what exactly it do. Do someone know where can
I find this program ? (there is no reference to it at the Willi Hennig home
page).
