Database of the Coleoptera (beetles) on internet

Dear colleagues,

Anyone knows any database of beetles on internet?
I would like to know what will be the best software to use for my stuff and
look on some others works. Original database what I have been written in
dbase format, because dbase is still acceptable import to many others
program...
