Index Seminum and source information

The Index Seminum has a broad spectrum of users.  As a taxonomist I want
to see the original origin of the seed so that I can compare it to other
seed samples, eliminating duplicates and understanding grow outs, etc.
For those doing scientific research, the original origin is critical.

Other users are interested only in the aesthetic aspects of the plants.
For these users, the original origin is not as important.

Therefore the original origin should continue to be included to enhance
ohe research value of the seed samples.
