italicization of family names

I would like to add to Jim Reveral's comments that TAXON is now italiiczing
family names.  In the last issue that I have on the shelf, 47(3), all
scientific names from family down were italicized.  I could not find an
example above the rank of family to determine if all scientific names
were italicized.
