Il existe des regles de limitation de la priorite applicables dans un
tel cas.
Si le nom menace connait un usage courant large et indiscutable, ou s'=
il
s'agit d'un nom important (economiquement, en medecine, pharmacie, etc.),
vous pouvez utiliser les Art. 56 et 57 pour le proteger, ou l'Art. 14
(conservation).
En ce qui concerne la legitimite du nom menace, l'action d'une telle
typification tardive est limitee par l'Art. 52 (cf. specialement 51.1 et
51.2).
