P. crucifer samples

I am looking for tissue samples (fresh, frozen  or ethanol preserved) to
complete a phylogeographic study on the Spring peeper (Pseudacris crucifer:
Hylidae).  I already have samples from the northern and eastern parts of
the range but would like some from the western areas.  Areas of particular
interest include Michigan, Indiana, Alabama, and the Florida panhandle
although I am interested in hearing about ANY samples out there.
